Premier Direct Current Account

A current account with high interest.
  • Earn 5% AER (fixed for one year) on balances up to £2,500. After one year, 1% AER (variable) applies. Balances over £2,500 earn 0.10% AER (variable).
  • 0% EAR typical overdraft. No usage fees on agreed overdrafts for 12 months from when you open the account (new customers only). A usage fee of 50p a day (up to £5 a month) applies after that. Maximum overdraft limit is £2,000.
  • Get a great rate on your savings, earn 6% gross p.a. /AER fixed for one year with a Premier Regular Saver when you move your banking to us using our Switching Service.
  • You must be over 21. You’ll need to pay at least £500 every month into your bank account (or fees may apply). You need an e-mail address and access to the internet.

Premier Current Account

A great bank account with added benefits for no monthly fee.
  • 0% EAR typical overdraft. No usage fees on arranged overdrafts for 12 months from when you open the account (new customers only). A usage fee of 50p a day (up to £5 a month) applies after that. Maximum overdraft limit is £2,000.
  • Free annual multi-trip European travel insurance worth up to £60 (upper age limit of 65 applies).
  • You must be over 21. You’ll need to pay at least £500 every month into your bank account (or fees may apply).

Premier 50 Current Account

A bank account exclusively for the over 50s with a great rate and extra benefits.
  • Earn 5% AER (fixed for one year) on balances up to £2,500. After one year, 1% AER (variable) applies. Balances over £2,500 earn 0.10% AER (variable).
  • Benefits include annual worldwide travel insurance up to age 79, exclusive health benefits, identity protection, help with lost cards and a PlusSaver account linked to your bank account - all for just £10 a month.
  • Get a great rate on your savings, earn 6% gross p.a. /AER fixed for one year with a Premier Regular Saver when you move your banking to us using our Switching Service.

Premier 21 Current Account

Get a market-leading rate just by managing your bank account online.
  • Earn 5% AER (fixed for one year) on balances up to £1,000. After one year, 1% AER (variable) applies. Balances over £1,000 earn 0.10% AER (variable).
  • Get a Visa debit card making it easy to shop online and in the high street.
  • You must be aged between 16 and 20. You need an e-mail address and access to the internet.
